About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager – IT Solutions who is a hands-on sales professional and can personally generate new business and close IT projects.

This is not a purely team-management role. The candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle — from finding prospects and generating leads to client meetings, proposals, negotiations, closing and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate recent B2B leads and business opportunities.
- Personally acquire and close new IT clients.
- Sell Website, Software, ERP, CRM, Mobile App and other IT solutions.
- Conduct meetings with business owners, CEOs and decision-makers.
- Handle proposals, quotations, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Explore new industries and markets for business growth.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project onboarding.

Requirements:

- 4–8 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / IT Sales.
- Proven track record of personally generating and closing business.
- Experience in selling IT services/software will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Experience dealing with business owners, CXOs and senior decision-makers is an advantage.

Compensation:
₹30,000/month Fixed Salary + Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives

There is no upper limit on incentive earning. Strong performers who consistently generate higher business will have significantly higher earning potential.
