Role description
Role Summary:
The Associate – Product Success supports efficient execution of Digital Audit enablement activities and global expansion of the product rollout in various countries. Working with other product success team members , the candidate will manage systems, co-ordinate communications, and oversee logistics across Champion networks, technology adoption programmes, and audit support functions.
The role requires strong organisational skills, proactive process improvement, and collaboration to drive digital transformation within the Audit Product team. This position is ideal for someone organised and tech-savvy seeking experience in digital transformation and strategic tool adoption.
Key responsibilities:
Champion Network & Working Group Support
Track and monitor attendance at Digital Champion and Working Group sessions.
Maintain and update attendance logs and trackers (e.g., Digital Champions, working group attendance).
Keep all related SharePoint pages up to date by coordinating with internal stakeholders (e.g., Digital Champions & Working Group materials, product related sites).
Manage Teams channels, adding/removing members and ensuring information remains structured.
Client Deliverables & Tracking
Maintain and update client deliverable trackers, ensuring accurate status’ ahead of weekly check‑in with Product Success manager
Support the Product Success manager with weekly deliverable reviews and audit team follow‑ups.
Ticketing & Workflow Monitoring
Monitor digital audit tickets for overdue or unassigned items and assign to the relevant individuals.
Maintain assigned mailbox for any query and feedback.
Escalate recurring issues or trends to Product Success Manager for action.
Communication, Documentation & Engagement
Ensure documentation,
training decks, comms materials, and feedback outputs are stored consistently in the appropriate shared locations.
Assist with version management for Product Success materials.
Draft, refine, and publish Product Success related communications (e.g., “Did You Know?” items, updates, reminders).
Assist in preparing content for Digital Audit newsletters, SharePoint updates, training packs, and key presentations.
Support ad‑hoc requests from leadership for messaging and formatting.
Training Support:
Support the preparation of training resources and other ad hoc requests for training sessions.
Assist with usage monitoring, feedback collation, and reporting to track adoption across tools.

Seamless operational coordination across Product Success activities.
Well‑maintained and structured systems: trackers, SharePoint, Teams channels, client deliverables.
High‑quality communications and timely updates.
Reduced friction for audit teams engaging with digital tools.
Robust partnership with audit and Product teams.
Skills
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
2-4+ years of experience into customer success, client relationship management, enablement, coordination, project and product coordination and relevant role.
Experience in audit or audit‑related functions.
Awareness of regulatory, quality, and methodology sensitivities is a plus
Strong organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to work proactively and manage multiple parallel tasks.
Good working knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and general digital tools.
Interest in digital transformation, technology‑enabled audit, and continuous improvement.
Desirable:
Exposure to data analytics tools (e.g. ThoughtSpot).
Project management skill is a plus
