E-Commerce & Growth Manager
Mumbai | Full-Time

YOUR ROLE

You’ll play a key role in building our digital commerce business and will be responsible for:

- Managing and growing our Shopify store
- Managing products, SKUs, inventory & orders
- Creating collections and strong merchandising strategies
- Optimizing the website for better customer experience & conversions
- Coordinating with marketing, content & creative teams
- Driving online sales and repeat purchases
- Managing CRM, customer engagement & retention initiatives
- Tracking e-commerce performance and preparing reports
- Coordinating logistics, fulfilment, returns & exchanges
- Building effective systems and processes that can scale with the business
