Job Description

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and at least 12 months of experience in an international BPO voice process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to international travel services.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Achieve assigned quality and productivity targets.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of international voice/BPO experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.




- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
