We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with expertise in Stainless Steel (SS) cleanroom equipment. You will lead the design, development, and engineering documentation for products like Pass Boxes, Laminar Air Flow (LAF) units, dispensing booths, and air showers. Beyond core 3D modeling and sheet metal design, you will be responsible for accurate costing, commercial estimation, and material indenting to ensure seamless production transition.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Design & Engineering: Create detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing-ready fabrication drawings using SolidWorks/Inventor or AutoCAD.
- Cleanroom Customization: Design double-walled SS equipment with seamless coved corners, integrated UV germicidal lamps, and dynamic air filtration setups.
- Costing & Estimation:



Analyze engineering drawings to prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs), calculate raw material weights, and perform comprehensive product costing.
- Material Indenting: Raise exact internal purchase requisitions (indents) for structural components, hardware, fans, and HEPA filters.
- Technical Compliance: Ensure all sheet metal fabrication designs match international cleanroom parameters like ISO 14644 and cGMP guidelines.
- Vendor Coordination: Support procurement by reviewing component layouts and testing vendor components.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
