Position: Staff Nurse – NICU
Location: Aundh, Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
- Monitor vital signs and assess the condition of newborns.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during neonatal procedures and emergencies.
- Handle ventilators, incubators, monitors, and other NICU equipment.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with doctors and parents regarding patient care.
- Respond promptly to neonatal emergencies and critical situations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive NICU environment.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
- Experience: 3–5+ years of relevant NICU experience
- Strong knowledge of neonatal care and critical care procedures.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in rotational shifts.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
