We're an architecture, interior design, and turnkey execution studio in Siliguri, opening in Guwahati this year and building across the North East.

You'll bring new work to the studio and build longstanding relationships with high value clients.

To do business development in architecture and interior design, you'll need to be able to sit with a client, conduct a site visit, read the drawings, and speak with them honestly what their project can become.

Responsibilities

- Every incoming lead, from first call to signed contract, including follow ups and tracking through to completion
- Building our presence with architects, builders, contractors, homeowners, suppliers, and institutional clients across North Bengal and Assam
- Client-facing conversations, where you set the tone and explain who we are, what we can do for them, and why we cost what we cost
- Achieving quarterly targets for new work and nurturing relationships that can lead to future sales outcomes

Requirements

- 5+ years in architecture or interior design, with real project execution experience
- Proven ability to bring in work — tell us the value of projects you've personally sourced
- Working understanding of how SEO and websites generate design leads, so you can lead a website developer on our team and hold them accountable
- Fluency in Hindi and English; Bengali, Assamese, or Nepali is a strong advantage




- Willingness to travel across parts of Bihar and Nepal bordering Siliguri, North Bengal, and the North East (specifically Dibrugarh and Guwahati in Assam)
