Position: Assistant Project Manager (Residential Interior)
Experience: 2 – 4 Years (Interior Industry)
Industry: Interior / Modular Interior Industry
Location: Navi Mumbai
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Civil / B.Sc Interior Design

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and execution quality.
- Handle site supervision and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Prepare project schedules and daily/weekly progress reports.
- Manage material planning, site requirements, and vendor follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve on-site execution issues and support project completion within deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate final handover.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of interior fit-out execution and project coordination.




- Solid understanding of civil and interior drawings.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites/projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project planning and site execution.
- Vendor and contractor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
- Solid problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Important Note:

- Only candidates with Residential Interior Modular Execution experience will be considered.
- Candidates with construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, industrial, or non-interior execution experience will not be considered.
