Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Head to oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, MIS reporting, and financial control across group companies. The ideal candidate should have strong financial management expertise, basic knowledge of Zoho ERP, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

● Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.

● Manage cash flow, fund allocation, and working capital requirements.

● Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.

● Monitor profitability and cost control initiatives.

MIS & Reporting

● Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards.

● Consolidate financial data from group companies.

● Present financial performance reports to the GM and management team.

● Track key financial metrics and business performance indicators.

Group Company Finance Coordination

● Coordinate financial activities across multiple group entities.

● Support management in financial planning and decision-making.





● Monitor inter-company transactions and financial controls.

● Ensure timely reporting and compliance requirements.

Zoho ERP & Process Management

● Utilize Zoho Books/Zoho Finance modules for financial monitoring.

● Generate reports and maintain financial data accuracy.

● Improve financial processes and internal controls.

Strategic Finance

● Assist management in investment planning and business expansion decisions.

● Conduct financial analysis for new projects and capital expenditure.

● Support banking, funding, and financial documentation activities.

Required Skills

● Solid knowledge of Financial Management and MIS Reporting.

● Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management.

● Intermediate knowledge of Zoho ERP/Zoho Books.

● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Strong communication and presentation abilities.

● Experience handling finance functions for multiple entities/group companies is preferred.

Qualification

● MBA Finance / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.

● 8–15 years of relevant finance experience.
