Job Description: Essential Functions

- Understand the requirement of RTR GL function in an Insurance Business
- Variance analysis, reconciliations, and Month end close activities
- Preparation of Process Documentation
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of US/UK insurance process

Responsibilities: Primary Internal Interactions

- Knowledge of monthly, quarterly and annual GL close
- Subject Matter Expert in FX, Debts and Cash management activities
- Able to prioritize multiple activities
- Positive analytical skills and competent at logical reasoning
- Data gathering ability / eye for detail

- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, Powerpoint
- Knowledge of AP/AR/Treasury Function
- Develop and implement non-complex programs and/or maintain program logic for customized processes within established time-frames

Certification would be an added advantage

- Experience in Clearwater tool
- Extensive knowledge of financial calculations

Qualifications: Must be a graduate with at least 2 years of formal education in any stream with relevant experience in the technical areas listed on this JD. (B.Com or M.Com or MBA)
