- Develop and maintain professional relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Visit referral sources regularly to promote the hospital's specialties, consultants, and healthcare services.
- Identify and establish new referral partnerships to increase patient inflow.
- Coordinate with consultants and clinical departments regarding referral requirements.
- Promote new healthcare packages, specialty services, health camps, and hospital programs.
- Track referral trends and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly referral reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with referral partners and resolve their concerns.
- Coordinate with front office, admissions, insurance, and billing teams for smooth referral management.
- Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meets, awareness campaigns, and networking events.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor hospitals, referral patterns, and healthcare trends.
- Maintain an updated database of referral partners and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and ethical marketing practices.




- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Hospital Administration is preferred.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in hospital marketing, referral marketing, healthcare business development, or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Experience in healthcare marketing will be an added advantage.
