Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and student-focused Student Care Manager (SCM) to manage student communication, academic coordination, and day-to-day student support. The role involves maintaining regular communication with students and ensuring a smooth academic experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide and support students throughout their course.

* Handle student queries, concerns, and follow-ups.

* Coordinate with students and faculty regarding classes, attendance, exams, and academic updates.

* Monitor student engagement and address concerns in a timely manner.

* Maintain student records, attendance details, and reports.

* Coordinate academic activities and ensure proper follow-up.

* Communicate professionally with students and parents when required.

Required Skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.





* Good MS Excel and computer knowledge.

* Good coordination and follow-up skills.

* Problem-solving ability and a positive attitude.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualification

* Graduation required.

* Post-Graduation (PG) preferred.

* MSW, MCom, MBA, or related qualifications will be an advantage.

Experience

* 6 months – 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

* Experience in student relations, counselling, administration, education, customer support, or coordination will be an advantage.

* Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
