We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Civil Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong technical background who is passionate about bringing architectural visions to life through precise estimations, accurate 2D drafting, and high-quality 3D visualizations. You will work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, contributing to both the planning and presentation phases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Estimation & Quantity Surveying: Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost estimations for ongoing projects.
- 2D Drafting: Develop accurate architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Create high-fidelity 3D models and realistic architectural walkthroughs to assist clients in visualizing their projects.




- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure drawings and estimates align with structural requirements and project goals.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one 3D modeling/rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, D5 Render, Enscape, or Lumion).
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building codes, and structural layouts.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple project timelines efficiently.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
