The role

We are hiring a remote, India-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) to introduce Reece to appropriate US small and medium-sized businesses. This is an outbound role focused on reaching business owners and decision-makers, qualifying genuine fit, and moving qualified prospects into the authorized Reece trial/start process.

Key responsibilities

Identify appropriate US SMB prospects using truthful, professional research.

Conduct outbound calls and prospecting.

Reach business owners and other relevant decision-makers.

Explain Reece clearly and accurately.

Qualify fit and move legitimate qualified prospects into trials.

Follow up professionally.

Log activity, attribution, and outcomes accurately.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, exactly 35 hours per week:

6:30 p.m.–1:30 a.m. IST during US daylight time.

7:30 p.m.–2:30 a.m. IST during US standard time.

Performance expectations

Daily target: 1 qualified trial-starting customer per workday.

Fully ramped monthly quota: 15 current paying SDR-sourced customers per calendar month.

A qualified trial start must be a real, legitimate Reece prospect that actually begins the authorized Reece trial/start process. Interest, demos, appointments, callbacks, follow-ups, fake or test accounts, unqualified signups, unpaid accounts, and duplicate businesses do not count. A trial is not automatically a paying customer.

Compensation





Guaranteed base: US$300 per month. Indeed's required structured-pay display is ₹28,600 per month; the USD amount controls, subject to agreement, payment, and foreign-exchange mechanics.

Monthly new-customer commission: once 15 eligible new paying SDR-sourced customers are reached in a calendar month, US$5 applies to every eligible customer generated that month, including the first 15; uncapped.

Recurring base increase: US$25 per month for every complete block of 50 currently active retained eligible SDR-sourced paying customers, recalculated from the active count.

Variable compensation is earned only when the stated qualifying conditions are met; it is not guaranteed.

The application requires a link to a 60–90 second unedited spoken audio/video introduction. No music, slides, or AI-generated voice. Reece does not require unpaid productive take-home sales work as part of screening.
