- Design, Develop and execute R&D; strategies for new product development that align with overall business objectives and market needs.
- Proficiency in utilizing industry-specific R&D; designing softwares and platforms and data analysis tools.
- Planning, execution, and completion of all R&D; projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope.
- Lead the ideation, design, testing, and commercialization of recent products or solutions, and enhance existing ones based on market and customer feedback.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance (QA), and Sales to ensure smooth product launches and technology transfers.
- Ensure all R&D; activities comply with relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO,FDA,CE,etc.).
