Senior Culinary Trainer – CTH UK Programmes

Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality culinary education and practical training aligned with CTH UK standards, industry practices, and ABAAM IHM’s academic objectives, while mentoring students to become professionally competent and industry-ready culinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theory and practical culinary classes as per the approved curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging demonstrations, practical sessions, assessments, and examinations.
- Train students in professional cookery, kitchen operations, food safety, hygiene, costing, and menu planning.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, grooming, hygiene, and professional kitchen practices.
- Mentor students and provide continuous feedback on their technical and professional development.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safe handling of kitchen equipment and ingredients.
- Develop recipes, practical assignments, training materials, and assessment tools.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, lesson plans,



and student performance reports.
- Support industry exposure, internships, competitions, guest lectures, and placement activities.
- Coordinate with the Academic Head and management for curriculum delivery and quality improvement.

Qualification & Experience

- Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in reputed hotels, resorts, cruise lines, culinary institutions, or hospitality training.
- Solid practical knowledge of international and Indian cuisines.
- Previous experience in culinary training/teaching will be an advantage.
- CTH UK / international hospitality training experience or certification will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
