Summary:
Reltio MDM Tester / Lead
As a Reltio MDM Tester / Lead, you will be responsible for validating and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of Master Data Management solutions implemented using the Reltio platform. You will work closely with business, technical, data, and integration teams to understand requirements, develop comprehensive test strategies, execute functional and integration testing, and ensure successful delivery of Reltio MDM solutions.
The role will involve hands-on testing of Reltio entities, relationships, data models, match and merge rules, survivorship configurations, workflows, data quality, and integrations. As a Lead, you will provide technical guidance to the testing team, drive defect resolution, participate in stakeholder discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert in Reltio MDM testing.
- Lead and participate in team discussions related to Reltio MDM testing, data quality, integrations, and release readiness.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Reltio MDM implementations.
- Perform functional testing of Reltio configurations, including entities, attributes, relationships, match/merge, survivorship, data quality, crosswalks, and workflows.
- Validate inbound and outbound integrations between Reltio and upstream/downstream systems.
- Perform API testing and validate Reltio REST API responses, payloads,



data mappings, and integration behavior.
- Validate data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, consolidation, and synchronization across systems.
- Test match and merge rules, survivorship rules, data validation, and data quality rules and verify expected golden records.
- Perform regression, integration, system, end-to-end, and release validation testing.
- Identify, analyze, document, and track defects using appropriate defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, Reltio configuration teams, data engineers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to resolve defects and clarify requirements.
- Support root-cause analysis of data and integration issues and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead test execution activities and provide status, defect metrics, risks, and release-readiness updates to stakeholders.
- Review test deliverables and provide constructive feedback to improve test coverage and quality.
- Support UAT activities and coordinate with business users to ensure successful acceptance of Reltio MDM solutions.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of MDM testing processes wherever applicable.
- Ensure testing activities follow SDLC, Agile, and quality assurance best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reltio.
- Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts and data quality principles.
- Experience testing Reltio entities, attributes, relationships, match/merge, survivorship, crosswalks, and workflows.
- Experience with Reltio REST APIs and API testing.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.




- Experience in testing data integrations, ETL/data pipelines, and upstream/downstream systems.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and QA methodologies.
- Experience in defect management and test management tools.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex data issues.

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience with Reltio integration technologies and event-based integrations.
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, REST APIs, and web services.
- Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Experience with data reconciliation and data migration testing.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and test automation frameworks.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise integration environments.
- Prior experience leading QA/testing teams in MDM programs.

Lead-Level Responsibilities:

- Own the overall Reltio MDM testing strategy and quality assurance approach.
- Mentor and guide Reltio QA team members and review their testing deliverables.
- Define test scope, estimates, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and production validation activities.
- Drive defect triage and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide regular testing status and quality metrics to project and business stakeholders.
- Ensure adequate test coverage for Reltio configuration, data, integrations, and business processes.
- Identify testing risks early and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary QA/MDM testing point of contact for project stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Reltio MDM, with strong experience in MDM testing.
- Experience in a Reltio MDM Tester / QA Lead / MDM Test Lead role is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills are required.
- The position is based at the Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
