Position Overview

We at SYS Developers are seeking a dynamic Project Planner to oversee and coordinate multiple ongoing real estate projects.

The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in building construction, well‑versed in Civil, MEP, and interior works, and proficient in project management tool, MS Project.

The role demands strong multitasking ability, cross‑department coordination, and timely project tracking to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using MS Project.
- Handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments i.e., Execution, Procurement, Contracts, Design team etc to track progress and ensure timely execution.
- Liaise with architects and consultants for drawings, approvals, and design decisions.
- Oversee civil, MEP, and interior works to maintain quality and timelines.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to management.
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders for project milestones.




- Prepare and manage Resource Planning, Labour Histograms, Cash Flow, and MIS Reporting for effective project control.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil construction, specially building projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- Knowledge of civil, MEP, and interior works.
- Prior experience with project management software, ERP, or SAP will be preferred.
- Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Resource Planning, Labour Histogram, Cash Flow, and MIS Reporting.
- Preferred Background: Prior experience in real estate development.
- Soft Skills: Solid coordination, communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
