- Supervision: Manage waiters and stewards, assigning tables, and conducting pre-shift briefings.
- Guest Service: Welcome guests, take complex orders, handle feedback or complaints promptly, and ensure a premium dining experience.
- Operational Management: Ensure station cleanliness, proper cutlery setup, and stock levels at side stations.
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between the front-of-house staff and the kitchen/bar for productive service.
- Reporting: Process bills, manage POS systems, and prepare end-of-shift sales reports.
- Experience: Typically 1–5 years of F&B; service experience, with previous experience as a captain or team leader.
- Leadership: Strong team management and mentoring skills to train junior staff.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests and resolve issues.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of food, wine, and beverage pairings.
- Flexibility: Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
