We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our team and support technology recruitment across the US, UK and Australian markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other platforms.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work with international candidates and recruitment teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in recruitment can apply.




- Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Ability to communicate confidently with candidates from the US, UK and Australia.
- Robust sourcing, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Own computer/laptop is required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
