The platform works with aspiring young talent and provides services related to shoots, portfolios and casting opportunities. Position Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Location Vesu, Surat, Gujarat

Experience Fresher / 6 Months

Role Overview:

The CRE will be responsible for handling hot leads through calls, understanding client requirements, explaining relevant shoots and services, convincing interested clients and encouraging them to visit the office. The role is target-oriented and involves weekly/monthly targets, CRM management and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call hot and interested leads provided by the company. Understand the client/parent's requirements and explain relevant shoots, packages and services.
- Effectively convince and convert interested clients. Follow up regularly with interested clients through calls and messages.
- Encourage and coordinate client/parent visits to the office. Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, interested clients,



visits and conversions in the CRM sheet.
- Update daily calling and lead status in MS Excel / CRM. Coordinate with the CRM/team to ensure smooth handling of clients who visit the office.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly calling/conversion targets. Contribute towards company revenue through successful lead conversion.
- Maintain professional communication with clients/parents and provide required information regarding services and shoots.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and work towards improving conversion ratios.
- Candidate Profile Fresher or 6 months+ experience in Telecalling, Customer Relationship, Sales, Business Development or Client Handling. Positive Hindi & English communication skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. Strong convincing and follow-up skills. Target-oriented and motivated towards sales. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Ability to maintain CRM sheets and daily calling reports.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
