RYDME Fragrance is looking for confident, well-presented and customer-focused Store Staff for our fragrance outlet.

Retail Sales Executive / Store Staff

Candidate Requirements

- Good personality, grooming and excellent presentation
- Confident, smart and well-spoken
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Fluent English communication will be compulsory
- Previous experience in retail / store management / sales will be an added advantage
- Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, fashion or lifestyle retail will be preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude can also apply
- Candidates from North-East India, Nepal and international backgrounds are welcome to apply
- Candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers and representing a premium fragrance brand

Job Responsibilities





- Welcome and assist customers at the store
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fragrances
- Handle sales and achieve store targets
- Maintain product displays and store presentation
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Provide a premium and memorable customer experience
