We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for planning social media content, creating engaging posts and reels, managing daily social media activities, increasing audience engagement and analyzing performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's business and marketing goals.
- Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media accounts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, sounds and content ideas.
- Create concepts for posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos and other social media content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines, CTAs and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content creators to get content produced.
- Ensure regular and timely posting across all social media platforms.
- Manage Instagram Reels and short-form video content with a focus on reach and engagement.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions and respond professionally.
- Build and grow the company's social media audience and online community.
- Monitor competitors and identify recent content and growth opportunities.
- Track reach, impressions, engagement, followers, video views, watch time and leads.
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
- Analyze high-performing and low-performing content and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms and new platform features.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for services, offers, events and other business initiatives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and business through social media.




- Assist with influencer/creator collaborations when required.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, tone and communication across platforms.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Reels, short-form videos, stories and social media trends.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Good understanding of hashtags, engagement and organic social media growth.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or similar design tools will be an advantage.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet content deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
- Candidates with experience managing social media accounts for businesses, brands or agencies will be preferred.
- Candidates should have a portfolio of social media pages, campaigns, reels or other content they have managed.
- Candidates who actively follow social media trends and understand what makes content perform will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
