Job Overview

We are looking for a Showroom Coordinator to manage day-to-day showroom activities, assist customers with product selection, maintain product displays, and ensure a professional and welcoming showroom environment.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and learn the features, specifications, and advantages of all products displayed in the showroom.
- Ensure products are properly arranged, displayed, and maintained in excellent condition.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and selecting products according to their requirements and budget.
- Greet customers and provide professional assistance throughout their showroom visit.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, enquiries, preferences, and follow-ups.
- Update product and customer information in computer systems or databases.
- Support showroom sales activities and contribute to achieving business targets.
- Ensure customers receive a positive and professional showroom experience.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for resolution.
- Monitor the proper use of showroom products and help prevent damage or misuse.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, presentation, and overall visual standards.




- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
- Support other showroom and administrative activities as required.

Pay: ₹29,342.39 - ₹34,011.64 per month
