- Prepare and maintain bar charts / project schedules for all ongoing fabrication jobs (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, columns, tanks).
- Update the bar chart on a regular (daily/weekly) basis in consultation with the Production Engineer, based on actual shop-floor progress.
- Track planned vs. actual progress for each stage of a job — design, material procurement, fabrication, welding, NDT, hydro-testing, painting, and dispatch.
- Identify jobs that are trending towards a delay before the delay actually occurs, and flag them proactively.
- Send timely alert messages/reports to the relevant team (Production, Planning, Management) whenever a job is delayed or at risk of delay, clearly stating the reason and expected impact.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production,



and QA/QC departments to gather the inputs needed to keep each schedule realistic and current.
- Maintain a delay/deviation log and prepare periodic (weekly/monthly) progress reports and MIS for management review.
- Follow up consistently with concerned departments/personnel to obtain accurate and timely progress updates.
- Escalate unresolved delays or recurring issues to the Project Manager/Plant Head in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records of all project schedules, revisions, and correspondence related to project timelines.

Pay: ₹10,938.00 - ₹42,287.00 per month
