About the Role

Ogera Ventures is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager to build the Ventino brand, generate qualified enquiries and support sales growth across Kerala.

The candidate will be responsible for digital marketing, local-market activities, dealer development and coordination between the marketing and sales teams. This is a performance-focused role with responsibility for marketing budgets, lead quality and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute monthly and annual marketing plans for Ventino stainless-steel water tanks
- Create awareness about hygienic water storage and communicate Ventino’s product benefits effectively
- Plan campaigns targeting homeowners, builders, architects, plumbers, dealers and institutions
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile and other lead-generation channels
- Monitor leads, CPL, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost and campaign ROI
- Ensure every lead is recorded, assigned to the sales team and properly followed up through the CRM
- Work with the sales team to analyse lead quality, customer feedback and reasons for lost sales
- Develop dealer, distributor and channel-partner marketing programmes across Kerala
- Coordinate product videos, social-media content, customer testimonials,



brochures and promotional materials
- Plan local campaigns, exhibitions, dealer meetings and product-awareness programmes
- Conduct competitor, pricing and market research to identify new opportunities
- Manage the marketing budget and prepare monthly performance and growth reports
- Guide designers, content creators, video editors and marketing executives

Requirements

- MBA in Marketing
- Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, digital marketing and lead generation
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI
- Ability to convert marketing data into practical sales-growth strategies
- Strong team-management, communication and coordination skills
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Willingness to travel within Kerala for dealer and market-development activities
- Experience in manufacturing, building materials, home-improvement products or consumer durables is preferred
