Key Responsibilities

- Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Generate and follow up on real estate leads.
- Coordinate with clients and the sales team.
- Assist with property inquiries, site visits, and appointments.
- Maintain client and lead records.
- Promote properties through social media platforms.
- Welcome and professionally assist walk-in clients.
- Support front desk and sales coordination activities.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Real Estate, Sales, Front Desk, Reception, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
- Real estate experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.64 - ₹40,000.26 per month
