Job Title: CNC Operator (Lathe)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will be responsible for operating CNC lathe machines to produce precision components according to specifications. Your expertise in lathe machining, programming, and quality control will contribute to our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Set up CNC lathe machines by loading materials, tools, and fixtures.

· Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.

· Program machine controls using G-code or other programming languages.

· Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.

· Perform precision machining operations, such as turning, facing, threading, and grooving.





· Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine performance or program execution.

· Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet deadlines.

· Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Requirements:

· Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist, specializing in lathe operations.

· Proficiency in setting up, operating, and programming CNC lathe machines.

· Solid understanding of lathe machining principles, tooling, and materials.

· Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.

· Experience with G-code programming or other CNC programming languages.

· Skilled in using precision measuring instruments to ensure part accuracy.

· Attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances.

· Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
