Role and Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design and project execution from concept to completion.
- Prepare and review architectural, working, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and design compliance.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, approvals, and project timelines.
- Review materials, shop drawings, and construction details.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 5+ years of experience in residential or hospitality projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.
- Solid knowledge of construction detailing,



building regulations, and site execution.
- Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
- Experience with luxury villas or premium residential developments is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Punjabi Bagh, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Project Architect: 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (Preferred)
