We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support / System & CCTV Administrator with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to manage and maintain day-to-day IT infrastructure and surveillance systems. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Windows and Linux environments, maintaining computer hardware and software, troubleshooting network connectivity, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with CCTV camera systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, recording, monitoring, storage, and backup management will be highly preferred.

Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring operating systems and applications, maintaining network connectivity, monitoring CCTV systems, managing CCTV recordings and backups,



and providing timely technical support to employees. The candidate should also maintain IT asset records, perform regular system checks, coordinate with vendors when required, and ensure that backups and security procedures are properly maintained.

The candidate must possess strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.

Candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field will be preferred. Experience in IT support, system administration, networking, or CCTV management will be an added advantage.
