Position: Senior CRM Executive
Location: Indore
Experience: 1–3 Years
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalations.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth conversions.
- Maintain customer data and update the CRM system.
- Prepare daily follow-up and customer reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales, lead handling, and customer conversion.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
