Senior Logistics Faculty & Branch Incharge
Job Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations and administration.
- Drive admissions, revenue growth, and business development activities.
- Lead and monitor faculty, counsellors, and support staff.
- Develop local marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of admission targets and student satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with corporates and industry partners.
- Deliver training in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, EXIM Documentation, and related subjects.
- Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and industry-oriented training.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students for internships, OJT programs, and placements.




- Track student progress and provide academic support.

Required Qualifications

- MBA / Any Degree with relevant management experience.

Experience

- Minimum 7-10 years experience in Education Management, Training Institutes, Sales Management, or Branch Operations.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
