We are looking for an experienced PVC Extrusion Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities / Job Roles:

- Operate and monitor PVC extrusion machinery for pipe manufacturing

- Set up and calibrate extrusion line parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed

- Monitor raw material feeding, mixing, and blending processes

- Ensure product quality as per dimensional and IS quality standards

- Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns and process deviations

- Carry out routine preventive maintenance of extrusion equipment

- Maintain accurate production records and daily reports

- Coordinate with the quality control team for product testing

- Ensure compliance with safety standards on the shop floor

- Train and supervise machine operators and line staff

- Manage inventory of raw materials such as PVC resin and additives





- Identify opportunities to optimize production and reduce wastage

Preferred Qualification:

- Candidates with hands-on experience in column pipe (borewell pipe) extrusion and manufacturing will be given strong preference.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Plastics, or Polymer Engineering, or related field

- Proven experience working with PVC extrusion lines in a pipe manufacturing unit

- Solid understanding of extrusion process parameters and troubleshooting

- Good communication and team supervision skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
