About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Manager cum Lead Management Executive to join our winning team. The ideal candidate should have good social media management skills, strong communication abilities, and the confidence to handle and follow up with leads effectively.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Monitor social media activity, messages, comments, and audience engagement.
- Handle incoming leads and maintain proper lead records.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, messages, or other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely lead follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain regular communication with potential and existing customers.
- Prepare basic reports on social media performance and lead status.




- Contribute creative ideas to improve online presence and customer engagement.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of Social Media Management.
- Strong lead handling and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
