Experience: Minimum 1 years in import/export operations

Roles :

- Manage end-to-end import operations for consumer electronics and accessories

- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams

- Handle complete import documentation (PO, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, BOE)

- Monitor dispatch schedules and track shipments for timely customs clearance

- Liaise with CHA/freight forwarders for duty calculations and clearance procedures

- Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs regulations, and import policies

- Maintain records of costs, duties, freight, and landed cost analysis

- Work with warehouse and finance teams for GRN and payment processing

- Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and documentation issues
