- Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team and daily maintenance activities.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Ensure reliable operation of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, MCCs, PCCs, motors, VFDs, PLCs, control panels, and other electrical systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults and ensure timely corrective action to minimize equipment downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and energy efficiency.
- Manage maintenance records, checklists, reports, spare parts, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, safety, and other departments for maintenance activities.
- Monitor maintenance costs and support budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
