AplombSoft Pvt. Ltd. is an IT solutions company delivering high-quality services to clients across industries. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team and help expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate leads through online research, networking, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
- Work closely with the management team to define strategies and achieve revenue goals.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate business contracts.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.




- 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development (preferably in IT/software industry).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in international client acquisition (US/Europe markets preferred).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹43,897.14 - ₹80,000.00 per month
