We are looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Junior HR Executive to join our team. This is a student-friendly, part-time opportunity, ideal for students who are currently studying and want to gain practical experience in HR while continuing their education.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll inputs and basic HR administration.
- Support employee engagement, training, and HR initiatives.
- Handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

- Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of HR, recruitment, internship, or administrative experience.
- Basic knowledge of Indian payroll, including PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
- Basic Excel skills,



including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Good communication, organisation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- HRMS/recruitment platform experience is an advantage.
