Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EXIM professional with hands-on expertise in Customs Drawback, Brand Rate Drawback, Export Incentives, DGFT regulations, ICEGATE operations, export documentation, claim processing, compliance, and reconciliation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for independently managing export incentive claims, regulatory compliance, documentation, reconciliation, and coordination with Customs, DGFT, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage Customs Drawback, Brand Rate Drawback, and Deemed Drawback claims.

* Handle RoDTEP and other applicable export incentive schemes.

* Manage DGFT authorizations, compliances, and export benefit realization.

* Coordinate ICEGATE operations and Customs-related documentation.

* Verify export-import documentation and ensure accuracy of incentive claims.

* Process and track export incentive and drawback claims within defined timelines.

* Conduct claim reconciliation, MIS reporting, and data analysis.

* Coordinate with Customs, DGFT, consultants, government departments, and internal stakeholders.

* Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure timely compliance.

* Identify discrepancies in claims and documentation and coordinate for timely resolution.





* Ensure maximum and timely realization of eligible export benefits.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in DGFT, Customs, Export Incentives, and EXIM Compliance.

* Hands-on experience in Drawback, RoDTEP, and export incentive claims.

* Ability to independently manage documentation, compliance, claim processing, reconciliation, and realization of export benefits.

* Strong coordination skills with government authorities, consultants, and internal teams.

* Good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Salary

15%–20% hike on current CTC, based on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.
