Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us attract the right talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand manpower requirements and job descriptions from different departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, campus drives, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage walk-in drives, campus recruitment drives, and bulk hiring activities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer rollout, salary discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.




- Work towards achieving assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and share updates with management.
- Support other HR activities as and when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate inSCIENCE BACKGROUND OR HR, MBA, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication and recruitment interest may also apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates based in or willing to work from Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
- Experience in IT and non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and proactive candidates preferred.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.08 per month
