- Handle outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries related to car buying & selling.
- Follow up on leads and appointments.
- Update customer information in CRM.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
Requirements
- Valuable communication in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply.
- Customer service/BPO experience preferred.
Salary: As per experience + incentives.
Pay: ₹10,460.67 - ₹14,000.00 per month
