Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Handle objections related to pricing, location, financing, and project features.




- Follow up with prospects and convert site visits into bookings.
- Assist clients with booking formalities, registry and property possession.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
- Key Traits Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Confident in client interactions and presentations.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
