We are looking for an experienced Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, conduct outbound calls, follow up with prospects, and schedule product demonstrations for our software solutions.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with prior experience selling software, ERP, SaaS, or business applications to any of the following will be strongly preferred:

- Bespoke Tailors / Tailoring Shops
- Garment & Fashion Businesses
- Resorts / Hotels / Hospitality Businesses
- Retail Businesses
- Small & Medium Businesses
- ERP / Inventory / Billing Software

Candidates who have previously sold software specifically to bespoke tailors or resorts will receive preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable software solutions
- Generate qualified leads and schedule software demonstrations
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp
- Convert enquiries into software sales
- Maintain daily call and lead follow-up records
- Coordinate with the sales/demo team
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation and sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers

Candidate Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in telecalling,



inside sales or software sales
- Prior experience in B2B software/SaaS/ERP sales is preferred
- Experience selling to tailors, garment businesses, resorts or hotels is a major advantage
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Fluent in Hindi; basic English required
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
