We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our passionate team and help us elevate our brand to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets across weddings, events, and corporate bookings
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and client outreach
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event managers, corporates, and HNI clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling campaigns and promotional materials
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings using CRM tools
- Lead a small team of sales executives,



providing training and performance feedback
- Represent The Environ at industry events, expos, and networking forums

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in hospitality, events, or luxury services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A keen understanding of Hyderabad’s social and wedding market
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools
