Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our hospital's online presence and digital service channels. The candidate will be responsible for handling online listings, appointment/service platforms, website coordination, digital promotions, performance tracking, and ensuring a seamless online experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update the hospital's presence across relevant online platforms, websites, and healthcare portals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information regarding doctors, services, packages, locations, timings, and offers.
- Monitor and manage online appointment and lead-generation channels.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, IT, Operations, and Unit teams for website updates and online campaigns.
- Track online enquiries, leads, appointments, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Ensure all online content and service information is accurate, updated, and consistent with the hospital's brand guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve online visibility, patient engagement, and digital revenue.




- Support the launch and promotion of healthcare packages and services through digital and online channels.
- Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on online performance, leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Coordinate with external vendors and platform partners whenever required.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for improving the hospital's digital and e-commerce presence.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce, Digital Sales, Online Business, or Marketplace Management.
- Experience in the healthcare/hospital industry will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of online platforms, lead management, digital sales, and performance tracking.
- Good communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is preferred.
