We are looking for a responsible, confident and experienced Center Manager cum Teacher who can independently manage the day-to-day operations of our tuition centre while also taking regular classes.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching

- Teach all subjects to junior students (Classes 1–5).

- Must be particularly strong in Mathematics.

- Should be comfortable teaching Marathi to junior students.

- Should also be able to teach Hindi and English at the junior level.

- Teach Mathematics and Science to senior students, preferably up to Class 8/10, depending on experience.

- Explain concepts clearly and patiently to students of different learning levels.

- Conduct worksheets, revisions, tests and doubt-solving sessions.

- Monitor students' academic progress and identify areas requiring improvement.

Centre Management

- Independently manage the tuition centre during working hours.

- Maintain student attendance, class schedules and daily academic routines.

- Ensure classes start and finish on time.

- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

- Coordinate with other teachers and allocate students/classes when required.

- Communicate professionally with parents regarding attendance, studies, tests and student progress.

- Follow up on homework, assignments and pending academic work.

- Help organise tests, worksheets, study material and classroom activities.

- Take ownership of the centre in the owner's absence and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Candidate Requirements





- Excellent command over Mathematics is essential.

- Solid understanding of Science.

- Ability to teach Marathi and Hindi, particularly to junior students.

- Comfortable teaching children from Classes 1–10.

- Good spoken and written English.

- Relevant teaching experience in a school is preferable.

- Previous experience in a tuition/coaching centre will be an added advantage.

- Should be mature, organised, disciplined and dependable.

- Must be comfortable handling parents as well as students.

- Should have the ability to manage a classroom firmly but patiently.

- Basic computer/WhatsApp skills for maintaining schedules, records and parent communication.

- Someone looking for a stable, long-term association will be preferred.

- Candidate should be comfortable working regularly during after-school/evening hours.

Ideal Candidate

We are particularly looking for someone who thinks beyond simply taking a class. The candidate should be willing to take responsibility for the centre, understand individual students, ensure academic standards are maintained and proactively solve routine issues without requiring constant supervision.
