About the Role

We are looking for an exceptionally curious and research-driven qualified to join our team as an R&D; Campaign Specialist. This is not a traditional marketing role. Your mission is to discover hidden insights, identify emerging trends, challenge conventional thinking, and transform research into creative campaign concepts that help brands stand out.

Responsibilities

Conduct deep research on industries, brands, competitors, and consumer behavior.

Identify unknown facts, hidden opportunities, and emerging market trends.

Challenge industry assumptions and uncover misconceptions that can inspire creative campaigns.

Develop curiosity-driven campaign concepts based on research and strategic insights.

Research the "how" and "why" behind products, services, and customer behavior.





Build structured knowledge databases and research reports for creative and marketing teams.

Monitor global advertising trends, viral campaigns, AI tools, technology innovations, and cultural shifts.

Generate weekly insight reports highlighting new opportunities and creative directions.

Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to transform research into compelling campaigns.

Continuously test, learn, and refine campaign ideas using data and market feedback
