Role Overview

Seeking a UX / Usability Testing Specialist with hands-on experience in usability testing, product validation, user research, prototype testing, and digital product experience testing.

NOT a UI/UX Design role. Primary focus is testing and validating digital products, user journeys, workflows, prototypes, and overall user experience.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- Education: B.Des / M.Des — Mandatory
- Experience: 1+ year in digital product testing / usability testing / product validation / experience testing
- Usability Testing: Hands-on experience with usability studies and user testing
- Prototype Testing: Experience testing prototypes and concepts before product release
- User Journey Testing: Experience testing user journeys, workflows, navigation, and interaction flows
- Digital Products: Experience with web and/or mobile applications
- Usability Analysis: Ability to identify usability issues, friction points, navigation problems, and experience gaps
- Tool — Mandatory:



Hands-on experience with at least ONE:
- Maze — prototype testing, unmoderated testing, surveys, quantitative research
- Contentsquare — heatmaps, session recordings, journey analysis, behavioral analytics
- UX Knowledge: UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability heuristics, design thinking
- Analysis: Ability to convert user feedback/testing results into actionable product insights

Ideal Candidate

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
