Part-Time International Customer Relations Executive ( UK & Ireland Markets)

Location: Kochi, Kerala – Primarily Work From Home

Employment: Permanent Part-Time

Hours: Approx. 4.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Working Hours:

Summer time local hours 3pm-7.30pm

Winter time local hours 4pm -8.30pm

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced International Customer Relations Executive to support our QS construction tendering team. The role involves speaking with Irish/UK construction subcontractors and suppliers regarding live tender opportunities, establishing their interest in quoting and following up agreed quotations before submission deadlines.

You will be working with our Indian Subsidiary BSS India and part of the International BSS

(Building Staff Solutions) Group headquartered in Ireland.

This is a B2B relationship-focused position rather than a scripted call-centre or telesales role. Strong spoken English, confidence on the telephone and the ability to build rapport with UK/Ireland business contacts are essential.

All computer and communications equipment will be provided. You will need a reliable internet service at home for this work.

Key Responsibilities

 Call Irish subcontractors and suppliers regarding live construction tenders.

 Establish interest in providing quotations and encourage suitable companies to participate.

 Build professional relationships and identify suppliers for future opportunities.

 Follow up agreed quotations and chase responses ahead of tender deadlines.

 Maintain accurate call, supplier and follow-up records.

 Coordinate supplier feedback and queries with the Quantity Surveying/tendering team.

Requirements

 Must be based in Kochi or within reasonable travelling distance of our Kochi office.

 Excellent spoken and written English.





 Previous UK/Ireland or international English-speaking voice/customer-facing experience.

 Experience in International Voice Process, Customer Relations, Customer Service, B2B calling or

Business Development.

 Confident, professional telephone manner with strong relationship-building skills.

 Ability to work independently and follow up contacts persistently but professionally.

 Reliable broadband and suitable work-from-home environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates who have lived or worked in the UK or Ireland will have a strong advantage. Experience dealing with the UK or Irish market is highly desirable. Construction, procurement, supplier management or professional-services experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Working Arrangement

This is a permanent part-time role, primarily working from home for approximately four hours per day during

UK/Ireland business hours. Occasional attendance at our Kochi office will be required for onboarding, meetings, training or collection of equipment, so applicants should be based locally.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a spoken English and telephone communication assessment as part of the interview process.
