- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- Robust knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices in coding and testing.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex application issues.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple client environments.
